Pscuci Terms and Conditions – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and pscuci ("Platform", "we", "pscuci") regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the pscuci brand.

By accessing or using the pscuci platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or joining any game — you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them unconditionally.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and pscuci.

Use of the pscuci platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which every user must meet:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your country, whichever is higher.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from using online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• You do not use a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location in order to circumvent legitimate geo-restrictions.
• You register and play in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pscuci platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• Your account password is kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• You must notify pscuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Identity verification documents requested for the KYC process must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe.

Pscuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time as part of the platform's compliance process. Failure to submit the requested documents within 14 days may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Pscuci supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed through a secure payment infrastructure integrated with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed in real time or within a few minutes depending on the chosen method.
• Deposited funds may only be used by the verified account holder and cannot be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) minutes for the majority of cases once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method verified in the account holder's name.
• Pscuci reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving suspicious activity will be placed on hold pending investigation.

Pscuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective promotion.

General terms applicable to all pscuci bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device unless stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts or misusing promotions — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Pscuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Pscuci's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and payouts are final.

All games available on the pscuci platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international testing bodies, ensuring that every game outcome is completely random and fair for all players.

• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal strategy choices or expectations.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, pscuci will refer to server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Any bets placed during an internet connection interruption are entirely the player's responsibility.
• Pscuci reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by an obvious technical error.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Pscuci users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Fraud, identity theft, or the use of another person's personal information without their consent.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or use the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Any attempt to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the security of the platform's infrastructure.
• Distributing defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels.

Pscuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities that are suspicious or inconsistent with anti-money laundering policies.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the user.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the pscuci customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance checks are completed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pscuci is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Loss of data or information resulting from technical failures beyond pscuci's reasonable control.
• Any actions or decisions made by a user based on information obtained from the platform.

Pscuci's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Pscuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

We will endeavor to notify active users of material changes via in-app notifications or registered email. However, it remains the user's responsibility to periodically review this Terms and Conditions page to stay informed of the latest applicable version.

Continued use of the pscuci platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
